Recovery is a process of change to continually work on and improve our well-being, to find the freedom in our unlimited ability to respond and be responsible, and to always strive to be the best possible version of ourselves. For us, well-being is more than a mere absence of disease; it is the presence of a superior state of health, a vigor and vitality that must be worked for and earned each and every day.
